New Zealand, has wildlife not found elsewhere, such as the Yellow Eyed Penguin, which only inhabits the south eastern coast line. Also the Royal Albatross, Little Blue Penguins, seals, sea lions and other wildlife.
New Zealand’s native plants and shrubs keep the countryside green throughout the year, such as ferns, kowhai, rata, manuka and the kauri forests of the north.

New Zealand is for the adventurous – tramping, hiking - skiing in winter - white water rafting. Ski at Mt Ruapehu, Whale watch in Kaikoura, Bungy Jump in Queenstown, Swim with the dolphins in the Bay of Islands or at Akaroa, or for a more relaxing pastime Fish for Trout in Southland.
New Zealand is for nature lovers – View the Royal Albatross and the rare Yellow-Eyed Penguins on the Otago Peninsula, the Little Blue Penguins at Oamaru, Seals and Sea lions in the Catlins, Black Stilts in the MacKenzie Country, Kiwis on Stewart Island, the Rain forests of the West coast and the Kauri Forests in the North. Visit Geysers and mud pools in Rotorua, enjoy warm sunny subtropical beaches in Northland and the beauty of the Coromandel.
